- Posology and Administration

When clinical symptoms of depression completely disappear, the treatment should be continued for at least 4-5 months more, and then it is recommended to slowly decrease the dose.
For treatment of elderly and juvenile patients the medication should be used under strict individual control and only in case if it is very necessary for treatment.
There are not clinical studies about the use of the medication for treatment of children.
- Counterindications
Diseases of cardio-vascular system, infections of liver and kidney, pregnancy, juvenile age, breastfeeding, childhood and elderly age (as efficiency and safety of the medication for children have not been determined).

Should Be Taken with Precautions, if…
The medication should be taken with caution for treatment of patients with epilepsy and idiophrenic patients, as well as to patients, who have acute pathology of cardio-vascular system, disorders of kidney and/or liver function, with arterial hypotension, patients with diabetes and with acute closed-angle glaucoma.
Keep in minds that in the process of treatment it is likely that the medication can cause increasing of body temperature, as well as stomatites, pain the throat. If this happens to a patient, it is recommended to stop treatment and perform analysis of blood.
It is recommended to avoid drinking alcohol in the process of treatment.
