Generic Desogen

Desogestrel - Ethinyl Estradiol 0.15mg + 30mcg

Generic Desogen is used for preventing pregnancy.

Generic Estrace

Estradiol 1/2mg

Generic Estrace is used for treating conditions due to menopause (eg, hot flashes; vaginal itching, burning, or dryness), treating vulval or vaginal atrophy, and preventing osteoporosis (brittle bones). It is also used for estrogen replacement therapy after failure of the ovaries and to relieve the symptoms of breast cancer.

Generic Yasmin

Drospirenone - Ethinyl Estradiol 3mg + 0.03mg

Yasmin is a cyclical birth-control pill. If taken regularly, every day, the ova cannot embed in the womb and the user is unable to become pregnant. This pill is merited as it has less side-effects than other pills.
