Indications for Use.

Used for treatment of lacteal gland cancer.

Action

Works by curing malign tumors in female lacteal glands, which are either artificially caused or provoked by the natural menopause period in women.

Posology and Administration

The medication should be taken daily once a day in a dose of 2.5mg. The treatment should last as long as the disease progresses, and can be as long as 5-10 years.

Counterindications

Definitive endocrine status of pre-menopause period, lactation and pregnancy periods, extreme sensitivity to the components of medication. The medicine is not made for treatment of children.

Letrozole should be administered with caution for patients, who do not have affected lymph glands. This should be defined personally in each case. The degree of individual malignance should also be considered, as well as age, the size of tumors, and availability of estrogen in receptors.
