3. Indications for Use.
Used for treatment of arthralgias, non-specific polyarthritis infections, neuralgia, rheumatism, muscle pains, toothaches and headaches, premenstrual syndrome, fevering conditions.

Has a direct anti-fever, anti-inflammation and analgetic effect.
5. Posology and Administration
For treatment of adult patient the medication should be taken in dose of 500mg orally 3-4 times a day, with maximal allowed 24hour dose of 3g and a dose for supporting treatment is 1g per day.
6. Counterindications
Inflammatroy bowel disease, pregnancy, ulcer of duodenal and stomach, excessive sensation to mefenamic acid.

10. Side Effects
Heartburn, nausea, diarrhea, диарея, abdominal cavity pain, anorexia, intestinal bleedings, meteorism, constipation – in oder to avoid development of the described side effects, the medication should be administered after meals. Tablets should be taken with some quantity of milk.
General drowsiness, weakness, albuminaria, nervousness, impairment of vision, insomnia, allergic reactions (facial hydrops, skin itching, skin rash). In case of long-term use (for a period over 12 months) – decrease of hematocrit, hemolytic anemia, hemodycrasia. With concentration of medication in blood of over 100-200 mkg per liter – convulsions, muscle jerkings, vomiting.
